One-off cleaning is priced slightly higher because it may require additional time and attention depending on the home's condition.

Every home is different, so cleaning is tailored to your home's needs and your priorities.
Our regular cleaning service may include:
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Kitchen benchtops, splashbacks, stovetop, sink and taps
- Microwave cleaned inside and out
- Bathroom and shower cleaning
- Toilets and mirrors
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Skirting boards
- Door handles and other high-touch areas
- General surface cleaning and tidying

Some tasks are not included in every regular clean, but can be requested depending on your available cleaning time.
These may include:
- Interior window cleaning
- Oven cleaning
- Inside cupboards
- Detailed or additional dusting
- Extra attention to specific areas
Simply let us know what matters most to you, and we will prioritise your cleaning accordingly.
Please note: Cleaning time is limited to your booked hours. Additional tasks may mean that other areas receive less attention during that visit.

Cleaning Time & Priorities
Every home is different, so the time needed for cleaning can vary.
The amount of cleaning we can complete within your booked time depends on factors such as the size of your home, the number of bathrooms, the condition of the property, and the areas you would like us to focus on.
For a 2-hour clean, there is a limit to how much can be completed. To make the most of your time, we recommend choosing your priority areas when booking.
If your home requires more time to achieve the level of cleaning you are looking for, we may recommend booking additional hours.

Not at all. Many clients leave a key or arrange access; we’ll always follow the plan you’re most comfortable with.

Yes. We arrive with our own quality cleaning supplies and equipment. You’re welcome to request particular products, too.
